This is a heater fan duct assembly for my 3d printer enclosure. Fans are qty 2 Wathai EC Brushless Cooling Fan AC 110V 115V 120V 220V 240V Axial Fan Ball Bearing 60mm x 25mm. Heater is a PTC Air Heater Ceramic Heating Element 110V 500W PTC Heater Aluminum Tube Energy Saving Electric Insulated Temeperature Thermistor Accessories with Auto Constant Temp Function, PTCYIDU. I use 2 of these heater assemblies in my ~36" cube enclosure. Heats it from 17c to 30c in 1.2 minutes. Takes it to 50c in 3 minutes. Super fast. ~Inexpensive. Screws I used were some #8 screws and nuts I had laying around. My base stands are some scrap aluminum I had laying around. You could certainly create any stand you like. I tested PETG and it worked fine even with the fans not running and the heater on for 24 hrs. I ended up with ASA in the end for no reason other than thats what I wanted. I included the freecad, a step file, and stl.
