ENCO Milling Vise Handle

ENCO Milling Vise Handle

thingiverse

Needed a vise handle for my ENCO milling vise I had refurbished. The only ones on eBay or elsewhere had hexagonal shaft holes and I needed square. After a few iterations I finally arrived at something that works. It's not particularly clever or beautiful but it works for me. The Fusion 360 file has way too many sketches and that's because I'm a total rookie at this with limited understanding of how it works. But I managed to print it out on my craigslist 3D Ender 5 that I'm quite happy with. I used PETG, unfortunately having only translucent as a color choice. I'd like to figure out a way to highlight the recessed ENCO lettering but for now I'll just leave it to you guys.
