End-cap for 20mm V-slot extrusion

This end cap "appeared" when I was test-printing reduced-size models for my V-slot tap guide, (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2105706). I refined the design a bit to make a friction-fit end cap. I was going to need some anyway for my D-bot build. These require a pretty "tight" printer in order to print a part that fits. You must deburr cut extrusions before these will fit. You should be doing that anyway, right? When installing, it will feel like it won't fit and then it does. When installing 2 in the 20x40 extrusions, you may have to tap on it a little or lightly sand the adjoining edges, though I haven't had to do that with any of the models in the photos. I've discovered that these fit well and tightly the first few times they're used but, as expected, multiple insertions and removals make for a loose fit. A drop of glue in one corner should easily hold the entire cap securely in the extrusion and still be removable, if needed. I've included two versions. One has a 5mm hole to allow access to the extrusion's center. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 Mk2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 is good. Infill: 20% is fine.
