Had a office chair that the arms broke on. I made some new arms out of scrap steel tubingI had laying around. Tube measurements: 32mm x 25mm O.D 27mm x 22mm I.D. I was tired of scratching myself on the unfinished sharp ends of the tube. Ii could not find some end-caps for tubing with this dimension. So, here they are if anyone finds themselves in a situation where they need some.
