I have built the Prusa i3 Improved for laser cut. (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:39889), but could not find satisfactory endstops so I designed my own. Hopefully they are helpful to somebody else. Instructions print as layed out use ~ 15% infill, 2 perimeters 3 bottom/top ayers remove support structure from x.endstop snap in end switches if they are loose, fix with glue or m2x12mm screws
