Ender 2 Filament Guide
thingiverse
This is a remix of the original filament guide. I didn't think it was necessary to have the counter sunk holes and the Z rod with two different sized holes. Instead, I made all the holes the same size as the big diameter. I've made two of the original versions before and found it difficult to remove the supports and clean out enough material for it to sit properly over the brass lead screw nut. The holes for the bowden tube are 4mm. I drilled them out afterwards, which you'll discover. I don't spend a lot of time fine-tuning hole diameter sizes to get them perfect. Every printer is different, and reaming them out takes only 5 seconds. I printed with about a 60% infill because when I printed the original version, I used about 20% infill. Since the holes were counter sunk, the bolts were pulling through. You can print it laying flat if you want to, especially since you'll be reaming out the holes anyway. Alternatively, you can print it upright; both methods work just fine.
