Ender 3/5 Pro Fan Shroud for 40x40x20 fan with BLTouch mount

This is a remix of [Thomebau's](https://www.thingiverse.com/Thomebau) fan shroud. Because his fan cover is a bit larger than the original my previous [printed BLTouch mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4607774) didn't fit anymore. I remixed his design to have an integrated mount. I've only tested it with an original Antclabs BLTouch so I can't guarantee that it'll fit other Bltouch sensors or clones. They look very similar so I don't expect any problems. I've also only tested it on my Ender 5. I think it will fit other Enders like the Ender 3 but again, I can't guarantee anything. The fan pictured is a [Noctua NF-A4x20-FLX](https://noctua.at/en/nf-a4x20-flx) fan combined with a buck converter.
