Ender 3 60x60 fan mount with ABL probe

Supported probe diameter is 12mm (using the adapter) and 18 mm. I designed this because my hotend cooler gave up (and had a 60mm fan lying around). Tested it on the Ender 3, should work for Ender 2 & CR10. Minimized air flow from the hotend cooler to the printed object. ### Screws For the 60mm fan i used two m4x16 screws. Apart from that the stock screws were used. All holes are a bit smaller than their corresponding screws such that they should work. ### Fan Voltage If your printer provides a higher voltage than the fans maximum, you need to use a resistance (which can handle the power dissipation) or a "step down dc-dc voltage converter" available on ebay, aliexpress asf. ### ABL Probe I am using the 12mm diameter inductive sensor LJ12A3-4-Z/BX (aliexpress) and a 1mm "pertinax" printing surface on top of the metal bed (pertinax is great for ABS, PLA and PETG). Keep in mind that the inductive sensor detects metal within a short range and therefore the paper must not be larger than 1mm (the 18mm diameter LJ18A3-8-Z/BX might provide a larger detection range). You might want to use google translate. ##### Probe offset (in mm): X = -45; Y = -9.65 ### Misc Walls of the model are (mostly) 1.05mm thick. ### *Notes on v2* - The height of the holder can now be slightly adjusted (which you might need for another hotend or nozzle) - The location of the probe holder has changed slightly to avoid collision on x-home - The fang of the part cooler is now located higher to avoid bed collision ### *Notes on v3* - The location of the probe holder has been further adjusted for easier fasten of the probe ### *Notes on v4* - Moved the fang 2mm to the left (cables of fan did rub slightly against the metal)
