Ender 3 ABS profile with 220C nozzle 100C bed. Fan is set to 15%. These settings are for some older MakerBot ABS I had laying around. Settings will likely need to be tweaked for different brands/blends. Note: Thingiverse requires a 3D object file, so I added a random nut from a project I did a while back. You can safely ignore it.
