I made some changes to the original Design: - Added Ender 3 version of Y-Axis tensioner - Uses M4 screws and insert instead of M5 - Made the bearing holders slide into their housings easier - Extended the length of the bearing holders so the tensioner works with screws with bigger heads - Provided STL and 3MF file versions - Added longer version of 2020 Y Axis Housing Remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4669308 Summary My take on an X and Y axis belt tensioner. I looked around thingiverse and didnt really see anything I liked so I designed my own. These tensioners use the stock rollers and T-nuts, etc that come with the machine, but you will need the following additional hardware X TENSIONER 1 - M4 x 25 CAP HEAD SCREW 1 - M4 NYLOC NUT 1 - M4 x 30 ROUND HEAD SCREW 1 - M4 "MELT IN" NUTSERT (If printing the nutsert knob) Y TENSIONER 1 - M4 x 25 CAP HEAD SCREW 1 - M4 NYLOC NUT 1 - M4 x 30 ROUND HEAD SCREW 1 - M4 "MELT IN" NUTSERT (If printing the nutsert knob) NOTE: In case you are wondering the "RECT WASHER" is meant to be a tight fit on the M4 Screw, so the screw cuts a thread into the part, screw the part all the way to under the head of the screw (image shown). The purpose of this part is to hold the screw and stop it from rotating when turning the know to tension the belt I welcome any feedback you might have, I will try to respond to any questions Print Settings Printer brand: Creality Printer: Ender 3 Pro Ender 3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.16 Infill: 40 Filament brand: eSUN Filament color: Any Filament material: PLA+ or PETG ( Prefer) Notes: The only item that really needs supports is the Ender 3 Pro Y - HOUSING, all other parts will print without supports in the orientations shown. I recommend 100% infill for strength.
