Ender 3 Bearing Filament Guide and Z Support Combo (Easy Install)
thingiverse
I was unable to find a suitable combination of filament guide and Z-axis support for my Ender 3 Pro that utilized ball bearings and also had an easy installation process. I referenced a couple other designs as a starting point, resulting in this creation. It functions exceptionally well while still allowing the use of a Z-axis knob. To install it, simply remove one of the top stabilizer bar screws and slide into the channel. Then, re-install the screw and push the skate bearing down over the Z-axis screw. To assemble this design, print the main roller guide piece, 1 ring, and 2 spacers. You will need an M8 bolt/nut for the filament guide roller and two 608 skate bearings. I printed this design in PLA with 0.2mm layers and 40% infill, requiring no supports. I suggest using this lower guide to complement the upper one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3052488
