Edit 9. may 2019 Definitely ABS.. after one week test with ABS print (bed temp on 80-100°C) all seems nice. Anyway, still in progress. (thinking about aluminium or similar mats for this, but ABS works well on 90°C) :) ******************************* Edit: 26. april 2019 I can say today its working good, BUT when i start tested ABS on my Ender 3 here ofc problem with temperature. New plan is: make this with ABS, PETG work max 70°C-80°C, on 90°C start melting. Infill 15-22% is ok. ******************************* 6.april 2019 Before i designed this "corners" I use a glass for PLA / PLA+ printing and a magnetic bed or original bed for PETG print. Thanks to the glass, I can finally print on a flat surface, both with the original or magnetic pad. Now i have on a 3 mm glass, the Ender 3 pad was purchased on ebay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/3D-Printer-Accessories-235x235mm-Hot-Bed-Platform-Sticker-Adapted-For-Ender-E6N5/113551203497) and on a 2 mm glass I used a magnetic foil for a magnetic pad. Bed corners designed for 2mm atleast, ofc works with 2-4mm. In files include Fusion 360 file, u can change it if need. Thanks to the bracket on the three old pads, the glass is relatively secure against movement. On the bottom I used M5 washers (DIN125A) to avoid plastic deformation at spring pressure. After three hours of printing on the magnetic pad, whether everything is good, but still in the test phase. Holders are used in three corners, in the future is to adjust the cable holder together with the glass lock, but it is still obvious that 3 sides should be sufficient.
