Ender 3 BiQU H2 part cooling fan mount

This is a tweak to the @vampyrex13 version. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4893522 It uses the original part cooling fan from the Ender 3 (and I assume the Ender 6, since that is what the original used) and mounts to the side of the Biqu H2 for part cooling. On my ender 3, I was using just this fan part, but the clearance between the bottom of it and the build plate was a bit too close and after printing for a week or 2, it had shifted enough to touch some of the prints and make a terrible squeaking noise during printing as it rubbed on the previous layer. This tweak is just to take the bottom part and make it 80% shorter. So the fan mount is the same, just the duct is slightly shorter. The cause of my problems could be that I printed the original in PLA+ instead of something more temperature tolerant, but either way, this version seems to work better for me, even in PLA+.
