Ender 3 Chimera Aqua Half Direct Mount

Mount for the Ender 3/Creality CR-10 style X Carriage to mount a Chimera(or Cyclops probably) Aqua hotend. It's 'half direct' or 'half bowden' depending on your point of view. The direct portion is designed for a Titan extruder. It's not true direct there is a short length of PTFE needed due to the spacing needed for the aqua tubes as well as the fans. Part cooling fans are not in this design, it's designed for the hero.me 2 piece system from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3744260 The single fan duct that crosses will not fit. Both the 5015 and 4010 should work. There are 2 main parts, the mount that attaches to the carriage and a small carrier that attaches to the hotend. This was needed since the hotend only has holes on the back. The hotend mount needs flat head M3 8mm long screws. The hidden holes for the base mount are M3 6mm button head screws with washers. The other 2 holes are oversized due to some slight variation in mounts, M3 screws with washers here, any length that doesn't stick out the back too far. The hotend plate mounts with M3 screws and captive nuts, one is trapped between the carriage and mount so the holes are not a tight fit since it's not needed but the screw used needs to not stick through or it will hit the carriage. The BLTouch mount sits centered in the front as there is no hotend fan in the way. The 2 bonus holes are for a not yet created wire management arm. No loss of X travel. No loss of Z as long as the stepper is less than 31mm or so. Possible loss of 10mm or so in Y. Recommend setting the 'direct' hotend about 1mm down from fully seated in the heatsink so if things aren't straight the 'bowden' hotend can be moved up and down to compensate as the direct side will need PTFE cut exactly for the right length. 2020-02-03: Added new STL moving the hotend down so hopefully the nozzle will actually be able to reach the bed. 2020-02-10: Thicker arms, slightly narrower hotend plate. Removed touchbracket until it can be resized and checked for the new arms. 2020-02-20: This time for sure. 2020-03-12: Added tubing to fan adapter for the 4010 blower(uses a tube with air from somewhere else instead of a blower) 2020-09-11: Added photos, newer STL with wider arms for wiring to clear, newer touch bracket to match.
