Ender 3 - Direct Drive Adapter for CR10S Dual Gear Extruder

This is a remix of the direct drive extruder mod for the Ender 3 created by benawhite. I am using the CR10S Pro Dual Gear Extruder on the Ender 3 and wanted to use it with the direct drive mod. Print with 7 shells and 50% infill, or completely solid if you want. I'd also recommend temps above 205C for strength. Important Note: Due to the fit of the extruder you will not be able to use the normal spring tension mechanism on the CR10S Pro extruder, you will need to screw the spring tension screw in completely and print one of the spring tensioners I have included.
