this started because i needed some height adjustment on the nozzle fan because the nozzle i had was a tiny bit too short and as is often the case with small changes i got carried away. the whole thing is bolted together with M3 screws, i printed at 0.2 with backplate at 100% infill, probably overkill but its the one part that not easy to swap out the files should be in the orientation i printed them at if you are wanting somethings that's like the original file but with some height adjustment then use "40mm nozzle fan V1" all other files have the mount for the 40mm heatbreak fan the plate between the stepper motor and the extruder is a little thick causing the screws to only bite in by 2mm or so, might get longer ones if that becomes a problem the plug board is currently super glued together because that's something new i'm working on if i find its not strong enough i might re-design it for the most part it only needs support touching build plate i used brim on most of them and raft on the fan shrouds that don't have much contact with build plate any comments or suggestions welcome
