Ender 3 Direct Drive Mount for E3D V6 & BMG Extruder

__Sorry for the bad presentation, thingiverse seems to be broken__ This is inspired by ["The Tank" mount](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3826950) (but not a remix) which i was happy with except for a few simple things: - Had to unmount everything to get the fan out. - Extended filament pathway vs the standard BMG extruder - Cooling was not very good (cooling too far from the nozzle). This part does not make the wire goes through hole which look a bit messier but make it easier to service. The part cooling part used is the `Fan_Shroud__Prusa_R3_extended_NF` mount from [Things 4139858](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4139858). Since it place the mount exactly around the hotend, it needs to be printed in high temp material (used ASA, PETG was working too but was getting small deformation, PLA would likely not work).
