I upgraded me ender 3 with the TH3D dual extruder board https://www.th3dstudio.com/product/creality-cr-10-and-cr-10s-dual-extruder-upgrade-board/ I got the 2 into 1 hotend from ebay https://www.ebay.com/itm/3D-Printer-E3D-V6-Dual-Extrusion-Cyclops-2-into-1-12V-24V-0-4mm-1-75mm-with-Fan/232726487201?hash=item362f9460a1:m:mnsO7MJdse2d2s6bOy5I9CA so I designed a mount for both extruders https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3559787 I also desined a spacer to mount the new hotend to the ender3 bracket. Now I have finished the hotend cooling and part cooling fans I designed the hotend cooler in fusion 360 I borrowed and modified the part coolers from JACKWATERFALL https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1213670 The hotend cooler uses the stock 40mm fan and the part coolers use a 40mm fan as well. I got 2 12v fans and wired them in series.
