I really like the design by VrD but it seems that it was meant for the original Ender 3 extruder and the metal one. I have a dual gear winsinn extruder so the part was about 10mm off center from the hotend. This was causing the bowden to twist in a weird way which was causing a lot of back pressure on the filament and the extruder. I remixed the original to move the opening on the carriage 10mm to the left allowing the bowden tube to be place in a straight position giving better extrusion and less pressure on the extruder.
