Ender 3 Duet 2 Wifi Case

Ender 3 Duet 2 Wifi Case

I have created a custom enclosure for Duet 2 Wifi board to mount onto Ender 3 Pro frame. The main reason for designing this is that I wanted to be able to easily modify electronics. This was achieved by mounting the board vertically on the frame. Also, I have tried to make disassembly and further modifications easy by using screws and inserts instead of printed locking mechanism. The case supports mounting 40x40 fan for cooling electronics together with dedicated muffler. Cables are ran through slot in the back of the case (I have ran Z stepper cable under the lid, because I didn't have cable of proper length at the time). This case consist of 3 separate parts: Bottom - you need 4 M3 inserts and M3 screws to secure board to the case, and also 4 M3 inserts to screw the lid on. Lid - case cover, it is mounted with 3 M3 screws. Fan silencer - is screwed with up to 4 screws that also hold the fan in place. Case itself is mounted with up to 6 hammer nuts (I have used M5 hammer nuts with M5 screws)
