I found this great little fully assembled E3D hotend kit on aliexpress. I highly recommend it as the whole mount (except the fan mounts) is metal. However, I needed a way of mounting some accessories and at the time of writing this description - there are absolutely zero mounts out there! It uses magnets to allow quick changing of accessories.
