Ender 3 Extruder Knob

This is a knob for the extruder on the Ender 3 Neo. This print is a press fit, to install support the gantry and it should pop into place, just make sure the flat area in the bore of the knob matches the flat of the extruder shaft. This version does not have threads for a grub screw, however this is something I will add later possibly.
