Ender 3 fan cover - minimalist

The existing designs to cover the Ender 3 fan looked bulky & long to print to me. I designed something that's minimalist, yet functions just fine, and prints fast. Trying to limit the time spent printing Ender 3 upgrades and mods! Print vertically and no support is needed (I designed the area around the fan as a polygon rather than a circle so the overhang angles stay manageable). You can print this with pretty thick layer height, I did 0.28mm, in PLA.
