Ender 3 fan cover/work surface

I needed a low profile fan cover after upgrading to the 3D fused Y-axis linear rail kit for Ender 3. This was my solution. A nice flat surface to put tools down on and protects the fan from debris. Great clearance for the moving parts. I had to find my own screws that are longer than the stock screws. I had some longer machine screws and I committed to using them, so I permanently made the holes on my Ender 3 larger
