Ender 3 Filament Guide

Ender 3 Filament Guide

The Ender 3 Roller filament guide has been my favorite thus far but since I have printed mostly with PLA, the part that pushed into the extruded aluminum kept getting loose over time and would fall out occasionally. This version prints great with no supports and is designed to slip over upper rail and be held down with the factory spool reel holder t-bolts (sandwich this between the metal spool holder and the printer rail). The bolts aren't long but if you have just half a thread on the t-bolt you can get it into place and tighten it down (at least on my Ender 3). This is my first upload so be gentle. Thanks! Modified the original design in Tinkercad and printed on Ender 3 No supports and prints flat with the "ender 3" text down. Also I put some hex pattern as a reinforcement and also because I like the look although it is hidden. Added the files from the other filament guide so you can get 1 skateboard bearing ring and 2 of the spacers. The hole for the M3 bolt is open so you can through bolt it tight but I enlarged the one side to 4mm to use common M3 brass inserts that can be set using a soldering iron. I'll try to get mine put all on and setup and take some photos.
