Ender 3 filament guide for V Slot wheel

I'm quite convinced world desperately needed yet another filament guide for Ender 3 :) What makes this one special is that it uses your spare/weared out V-slot wheel as a bearing. I happened to have them around and missed decent filament guiding so I designed one. There's two versions for wheel - you can print two halves and press them together or print it as a one piece. First one does not require support, latter definitely does and it takes some tinkering to clean it. For arm it's better to support it, but you know your printer better.
