ender 3 filament holder ,simple easy and it works , most filament holders i have seen takes hours to print so i designed a basic one that dont take that long to print but still does the job. you have got to use a bit of force getting them on there i twisted them slightly and put them over the threaded part that screws into the filament holder . hope this helps .
