I liked the way https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2412647 held the lug of the dial indicator, but preferred the mickey mouse corners of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3041642 so I mashed them together using Tinkercad (because MeshMixer won't run on my system. It was a simple print, but does need supports. I went for 20% infill because there shouldn't be much force on the holder, and pressure is distributed around the holder. I used an M5 bolt and nut, but anything that fits will do.
