Ender 3 Hot End Spacer and Extended Fan Duct

The hot end spacer allows a A4 x 20 to fit into the stock bracket. The extended fan duct makes sure that the part cooling fan is blowing directly below the hot end. Super fast and easy to print. No supports needed. I recommend using 2 M3x16 bolts for the spacers, and I used 4 M3x6 bolts for the fan.
