It's hotend fix that pushes PTFE (in this case capricorn) tube against nozzle when tightened. After a long time of printing, PTFE tube becomes loose and extrusion issues might occur. Reason why I used capricorn instead PTFE was for higher temperatures. You can check [CHEP's](https://youtu.be/7tCxO17XZtw) video for more details. Reason why I made remix was because it didn't fit for my setup. It has worked for me till now but testing is still in process
