Small & discrete mount for a rocker switch (https://www.jaycar.com.au/spst-ultra-mini-rocker-switch/p/SK0975 6.5mm x 19mm) used to switch LED lights on/off. Designed to front-mount the switch unobtrusively on the side of the ender 3 control panel so that it is easy to reach and use, but also discretely mounted in a way that it looks like it is supposed to be there (from the factory) and not added on later. I have designed it so that the wires from the power supply run in the top left hand side T slot of the Ender 3 base, then the wires pass through this bracket via cut-outs and under the front of the control panel to the switch, so that the wires are fully concealed. See photo with the control panel removed. When printed using black filament, the switch is very discrete, and as can be seen in the photos, difficult to photograph so that it "stands out" and is easy to see! I have designed this to be able to be used in combination with a PCB cover fitted as shown in the photos (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3019402). The switch could be used to control some other accessory other than lights if required. Mounts in the T slots: no fasteners required. If you like it, make it. If you make it, please post the make. If you like it and make it, any tips are greatly appreciated. I installed LED light strips to the X gantry, hot end and also inserted LED strips into both vertical uprights. Some makers have expressed difficulty finding the switch I used. The switch is made by Solteam and is a MR-21S rocker switch. I have added a close up photo of this switch. A google search on "Solteam MR-21S" lists many pages of suppliers worldwide for this specific switch. There are other manufacturers that make the same sized switch (see RS or Element14). https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/rocker-switches/7932547/ https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/rocker-switches/9076986/ https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/rocker-switches/9076977/ I took power from the Ender-3 PSU, and converted the 24V DC to 12V DC for the LED strips using a buck as per https://howchoo.com/g/odk2ngrhztd/how-to-add-an-led-strip-to-your-3d-printer
