UPDATE 30.05.2021: Marlin Bugfix from 30.05.2021 (2.0.8) added, because version 2.0.7 didn't work perfectly with the M600 command Fan Upgrade: I designed a cover up for the PSU, twice Hotend radial fan and the mainboard, to use a silent 12V fan. The printer works with 24V fans, but in the PSU was a 12v fan (stock-fan). Stock-fans: 1. PSU: MODEL - CHA6012RM-15D, 12V, 0.2A 2. Print-Object-Fan: 2x Axial Lüfter, 40x40x10, 24V, 0.1A, 7000rpm, (+/-10%). No. 1007/26, L1500mm 3. Hotend-Fan (front, center): 40x40x10, 24V, 0.1A, 6800rpm, (+/-15%). No. 1007/26, L1500mm 4. Mainboard-Fan: 40x40x10, 24V, 0.1A, 6800rpm, (+/-15%). No. 1007/26, L1500mm To use only 12v fans, i bought Step-Downs, to reduce it to 12V. I bought: 1. 3 x DC-DC Buck Converter Set LM2596 Step Down Modul 3.2-40V to 1.25-35V 2. PSU-Fan: Noctua NF-A6x25 PWMSELBSTGEDRUCKTES Deckel für das PSU. (i don't need a step-down modul, cause there was a 12v fan by stock) 3. Print-Object-Fan: 2 x Noiseblocker BlackSilentFan 40mm XM2. This fan is a radial fan, so i print a fan-tube. I also need to usw two LM2596 4. Hotend-Fan (front, center): Tangxi 40x40x10mm, DC 24V, 7000RPM, 4010. (i already had this at home, so i took this one) 5. Mainboard-FAN: Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX. For this fan i also need a LM2596 step-down. For the mainboard i print a new Case, cause the original case have the fan on the bottom. There is only a small distance from the fan to the table. So i turn it around. Now the fan is on the top of the case. (In the package from the fan was two cables with the same connector like the BlackSilent-Fan. So i used it on the LM2596 to easy connect/disconnect the radial/axial hotend fans). Firmware: (i use it for my 4.2.7 board. My stock mainboard-4.2.2 had a factory error so i need to take a new one.) I used the Version from ChadDevOps and fix it for me. Details: 1. Mesh bed Leveling by Manually_Probe 2. Auto-Homing front-left corner, not center 3. Bed Leveling LCD enabled 4. Therminal Runaway not so sensitive 5. PLA Preheat higher 6. PETG Preheat higher 7. SD-Card, sort by create-time. Newest first. I hope you have fun. Everything at your own risk. No guarantee.
