This is a remix of the adaptor by btastic (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4963613). I really liked the original model, but made modifications to shift the hotend to the original X nozzle position. I also modified the sensor mount so you can mount a CR Touch sensor, and modified the location so that there is no offset between the sensor and the nozzle in the Y axis to improve accuracy and eliminate any probing errors due to twists in the X axis. The CR Touch probe offsets are -38 for X and 0 for Y. I also removed some material to reduce weight and because I just like the honeycomb pattern. :-) Installation is similar to the original, but you have to insert the top right screw holding the adaptor to the carriage plate before you mount the extruder to the adaptor, as there is not enough clearance to insert it once the extruder is attached to the plate. You may also need to pull the filament load lever to give enough clearance for an allen to get in there in order to tighten that screw. A wrench with a ball end will help here. You can also use the top screw (bottom one is partially blocked by the stepper) from the original sensor mount to help hold the adaptor to the carriage plate for additional support, although is is very much not needed. You can use most part coolers that fit an H2. I printed this in polycarbonate since that's what I had loaded in the printer at the time, but you could easily print this in PLA as well.
