ROKARmoose's design is great but I didn't want to use so much support material so I sliced the model in two pieces and printed each one laying flat which required minimal support material. I then used a soldering iron set to 180 C to weld the two parts together which made a strong bond. A decent epoxy or strong glue I'm sure would have also worked but I was feeling adventurous. I also had to make a new spacer to fit the center of the bearing for the filament guide wheel based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4811491. The original spacer from that design has a lip on it and requires one on each side of the bearing. This did not fit so I had to design a new one.
