Requires 2 5x5mm threaded inserts to attach the extruder to the mount plate. Rotate the 90-degrees model before printing. Printed with 40% infill. There is a hole behind the extruder off to the side for securing the mount to the plate that the hot end connects to. Since this plate is at a 90-degree angle I had to find a different way to connect the extruder. It is where it is so that it space between the guide wheels for the X axis. To get it in the correct position, • slide the mount over the hot end plate so that the back edge of the plate is captured by the mount and until the filament hole is lined up with the hot end below.• insert a piece of tubing about 110 mm in length thru the plate and into the hot end for final alignment• Once it is aligned, clamp the mount to the hot end plate and drill the hole for the bolt.• With the hole drilled, you can attach the mount to the plate using a screw and nut from the bottom. Initially I tried it rotated 90 degrees with the motor over the plate behind the hot end but the motor interfered with the full travel of the X axis.
