Ender 3 Mean Well PSU Power Box

Ender 3 Mean Well PSU Power Box

The other popular printed power box to adapt the thinner Mean Well supply to the Standard Ender 3 did not impress me for a few reasons. First, it's flimsy with 2 different prints splitting at the back (PETG) when any amount of pressure was applied. Second, it covers two vent slots at the lower front of the PSU cover. This power box is much more heavy duty with 4 securing screws instead of 2. A spacer is used on the top frame rail mount to match the wall thickness of the box at the bottom. I used M4x6 screws on the back and side just to make sure there was good clearance to the circuit board. I printed mine with a brim to make sure the ends stayed flat.
