Ender 3 modular Hemera mount (no X build volume loss)

<h3> Ender 3 compact mount for E3D Hemera</h3> <ul> <li>The aio mount version(recommend) will keep the x offset of nozzle unchange and maximum the X build size is 235mm. This version only use 3 m3x7mm button head bolts to mount the Hemera to the plate.</li> <li>You will need to change the x build size to 220mm if you are using the "compact" version.</li> <li>4020 fan mount is based on Joe Casha's design on myminifactory but can be use without applying glue. The "lower" fan duct version is 1.5mm lower. This duct is hard to print and not that good perfomance. Use the "another duct" or 5015 duct version.</li> <li>You will need to mount the heat block to the hemera before mount it to the mounter plate OR take out bolts that hold the 4010 fan and heatsink, pull the filament level then you can remove the hemera heatsink by pulling it to the right. The bottom bolt slot use the stock bolt and nut set in the same orientation. If you do that you use a nylock nut on the back and it sticks out too far and hits the gantry before you hit x endstop. The solution was to use the nylock nut in the printed part where the bolt head would go. Then I used the stock button head bolt from the back side and all worked as expected. </li> </ul> Category: 3D Printer Parts
