The goal with this design was to create a simple/lightweight mount for the Mosquito, while still including every feature and also displaying this gorgeous hotend. It is compatible with the Hero Me Mountig options for the BLTouch and EZABL. Should also work for other ender/creality systems with a similar mounting system. What you need: You only need a couplers where the PTFE tube can go through, so that the tube can guide the filament the last few centimeters and a blower fan with a screw. The rest is ether included with the Mosquito Hotend or can be reused from the ender. You may need to cut out a little piece of the Hotend cooler fan on the left lower side which lays on the ender mount because the bearing screw is sticking out too far. Part Cooling: The Part Cooling fan is a work in progress atm because it's only hold on by one screw and cools the parts only from one side. But so far as long as you put the screw firm enough i hadn't any issues and the printed parts had't any cooling issues. On the main part there are already mounts included for the more developed part cooling shroud. Hints: For assembly be careful with your thermistor and sensor cables to not stress them to much, as they are quite prone to disconnect when stressed too much!! I definitely advice on using a hotend cable chain(might include a direct connection in a future build) like: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3802593 Mounting: 1. Check if the bowden tube fits throw the howl if it doesn´t try to expand it a little until it fits. 2. Connect the hotend to the block with the two included screws. 3. Screw in the coupler(not to firm otherwise the block might break) 4. Put the screws for Mounting the block in the dedicated howls(it´s a little finical but they should fit) 5. With Mosquito there is a wrench included which fits the screws an can be used throw the holes which on both sides below the coupler 6. After fixating the block you can add the two fans(Add the fanshroud before adding the fan) 7. Now add thermistor(first) and the heating cartidge and cablemanage 8. Add your Autobedlevling if you have any. If you have not still add the two screws. 9. Finished Edit Notes V18: Adjusted orientation and scaling of the model
