Ender 3 Nozzle Cleaner and Purge Bucket

Ender 3 Nozzle Cleaner and Purge Bucket

thingiverse

Nozzle cleaner and purge bucket to be used on an Ender 3. This can be bolted to the right side of the frame next to the print bed using T nuts and M3x8 bolts. The purge bucket can then be bolted to the bracket using M3x6 or M3x8 bolts. For the nozzle cleaner portion I used a brass brush I had on hand and trimmed the handle off. It should slide into the slot on the bracket. Please note: you will need to be able to have the nozzle able to move at least 10mm (but preferably 20mm) beyond the right side of the bed. I'm not sure if this is possible with a stock setup. Mine is currently using a 300mm MGN12H rail, so just keep that in mind before you spend time printing :). For the nozzle cleaning routine I modified the klipper macro from the voron purge bucket: https://github.com/VoronDesign/VoronUsers/tree/master/printer_mods/edwardyeeks/Decontaminator_Purge_Bucket_%26_Nozzle_Scrubber/Macros Enjoy!
