This is a mount Metaform's Pico hotend for Creality Ender 3 printers.or any printer using that style carriage. It maintains the same X-Y position for the nozzle, but does lose around 10mm in Z height. The plate should fit snuggly over the posts on the carriage, be aware that you need to put in the nuts before you mount the plate. I only say this because I had to remove the plate multiple times to do it. The clamp provides a snug fit, but does need a set screw to fully prevent it from rotating.

I've include a mount for a BL/CR touch ABL. It's been testing with a CR Touch, and should work with a BL but as I didn't have a spare one to test with I can't guarantee it. A couple words about the ABL mount, this is a tight fit. If you use M3 Cap head screws the screw that holds the plate on will need to be put in, before the the screw that holds the ABL to the mount. Button head screws should fix that. Also, this puts the ABL near the minimum height above the nozzle tip. I've tried to raise it further, but the screw to mount the bracket to the backplate limits how high I've been able to take it.

Print settings

Layer Height: .2mm

Infill: 15% Top and Bottom layers really have more influence with these part

Material: PLA, or any other that you prefer

Support: Yes, to print bed. This is primarily so that the screw and nut recesses print cleanly

Notes:

I printed the parts with supports, in the orientation shown. The supports are optional, but it does produce cleaner recessed holes, at the cost of the trouble of removing support material.

Materials needed for mount

3 - M3x6mm Cap Head Screw, Used on right side holes of backplate, and set screw in clamp

2 - M3x8mm Cap Head Screw, Used in left side holes to mount backplate

2 - M3x12mm Cap Head Screw, Used in clamp

2 - M3 nuts, Used in backplate to mount clamp
