This is a 120mm fan mount I have designed from scratch for a 120mm fan (Specifically I had Corsair SP series 120mm PWM fans laying around).

PRINTING DETAILS:

When printing, make sure to combine “Fan filter infill.3mf” and “Fan filter frame.3mf” by placing both in the center and printing all at once, changing the infill one so that it only prints as infill (I used 25% grid infill for mine, see photos).

I have done a lot of tuning on my printer to print very precise, so some parts may need to be scaled/you might have to mess with your horizontal expansion to get some things to fit correctly.

HARDWARE: 8 M4x8 bolts and 4 M4 nuts were used to attach the filter frame and the fan to main plate prints to the fan itself. The Fan to main plate is then glued to the Main Plate (I used hot glue in the 4 corners and sandwiched them together after attaching everything to the fan itself)
