Ender 3 Pro case for MKS Gen L with SD/USB (or not) and 40x20 fan on the front

Je me suis fait une boite pour ma Ender Pro car je voulais la rendre plus silencieuse avec une MKS Gen L et de nouveau drivers. Comme j'ai gardé l’écran d'origine, car pas intéressé par les TFT, le lecteur SD est relié a la carte et du coup intégré a la boite. Je voulais que la boite ait ces 5 points: - Une boite compacte - Un transformateur 24/12 sur le haut - Ports SD et USB en façade - Pouvoir mettre un ventilateur 40X20 en façade et qu'il souffle sur les drivers - Évacuer le flux d'air sur la gauche, hors du bed. La boite est compacte, ce n'est pas super facile de tout câbler. Il faut le faire avec méthode sinon c'est la misère. Il faut penser a ce qui va passer sous la carte, brancher l'alimentation, le bed et la buse en premier (tout ce qui est au niveau des connecteurs verts en gros). Faire un câble management correct avec les câbles des moteurs pour bien ventiler les drivers. /!\ Important /!\ Pour le coude du câble USB connecté a la carte, j'ai du retirer l'isolant en plastique pour que ça passe en largeur. J'ai même enlevé plus après car plus facile a manipuler, j'ai mis de la glue sur le blindage coupé, pour éviter tout risque de contact avec la carte mere. /!\ Important /!\ Il y 4 versions, avec et sans logo (SD / USB) chacun avec ou sans disque limitant le warping. ___________________________________________ I made myself a box for my Ender Pro because I wanted to make it quieter with a MKS Gen L and new drivers. As I kept the original screen, because not interested in TFT, the SD player is connected to the card and the shot integrated into the box. I wanted the box to have 5 points: - A compact box - A 24/12 transformer on the top - SD and USB ports on the front - To be able to put a ventilator 40X20 in frontage and that it blows on the drivers - Evacuate the airflow to the left, out of the bed. The box is compact, it is not super easy to wire everything. It must be done with method otherwise it is misery. You have to think about what will go under the card, connect the power supply, the bed and the nozzle first (all that is at the green connectors wholesale). Make a cable management correct with the cables of the motors to ventilate the drivers. /! \ Important /! \ For the elbow of the USB cable connected to the card, I had to remove the plastic insulation so that it goes in width. I even removed more after because easier to handle, I put glue on the shield cut, to avoid any risk of contact with the motherboard. /! \ Important /! \ There is 4 version, with and without logo (SD / USB) each with or without disk limiting the warping.
