The project was base on a E3d V6 hot end. The 3x and 4x header version are both working. The 3x version is installed on my ender 3 pro at the moment. I have included a new left z support frame for two stepper motors. The headers can be printed without support to prevent issue with the printed threads. The height of the hot end on the right can be adjusted to match the first hot end with the multi port assembly. The spool support are able to hold two rolls each. The motherboard is a duet 3 mini 5+ with this flexibility I was able to configure the first 3 extruders with the left hot end and the 4 extruder on the second hot end. You can print with both hot end with two extruders or a combination of the four with Cura. The hot end support plate can be installed directly to the original hot end carrier. I had to drill and tap 2 holes on the left end side. Just use the holes of the rear support to mark the location to drill and tap for M3 screw. I have uploade the single hot end multiport support. This one can be installed directly with the original hot end carrier without modification. It can use either the 3x or 4x multiport. See stl with mention single hot end for the right parts.
