An Spring Extruder shim for 3D Ender 3/Pro. If you have a spring that's too loose, I have 2 files of STL in this. One is a 6mm height and a 9mm height (but I think the 9mm height is overkill, also you need to use support for the 9mm touching base plate it will print without it but it wont be as clean) You can adjust the tension based on the M3 screw that you're gonna put this in to. Refer to pictures for installation.
