***Update 12-6-20*** Testing out some of the printed parts to replaced some of the metal ones. So far good results. Some parts didnt survive the heat even being PETG. Cant upload any pictures no matter how much I reduce them so all pictures that Thingyverse hates will be stored in updated "Photo Records" zip file. **Just added a ready for trial Ender 3 Pro volcano V6 purge bucket/nozzle wipe. This will replace the entire left x axis plate. Shouldnt need any extra screws or what not. Im printing the tester as I type. ***The volcano purge version doesnt allow enough room for the nozzle to touch the build plate(this is with custom x bracket and carriage printed files). I will shorten it after christmas due to printing presents.*** **Note that all files have been reduced to 40%/30%/10%/4%/1% in the bulk file and need to be adjusted back before using any of them. Let me know if you have problems. The bulk 3DF file is a easy way to choose what you want or quickly mock up any new parts. Once I finish redesigning the (basically entire) printer Ill redo the bulk files in all one standard size. **I am partially designing this in Autodesk Fusion 360. So you can see the latest build there as well.(It will take a while before the Fusion file contains all files used in the build) Please dont ALTER the main file without asking. https://a360.co/2JlSXSt (Password: ghostintheprinter) This will be dedicated to the build process of converting a Ender 3 Pro from cartesian to IDEX style. I will still keep the philosophy of best bang for buck, however this is a more serious and complicated build so I can only keep the price down so much. The goal is to have dual independent tools while keeping printer profile down as possible. I am aware that there are other ways and means to achieve dual extrusion on an Ender 3, but I aiming for each extruder having different settings tuned for their respective filament. I also want to be able to print and etch/engrave in one pass for printing out business cards and such. Less so a print mill than a start to finish automated multi-stage fabrication. I am uploading a rough of what Im planning as far as one idea goes. I have another setup I could try but requires more rails overall. Sticking with Marlin for the firmware and choosing a BTT GTR for the board. All files being used in the build other than the printer are included in each STL/3MF file. I will be tagging them all once I finish up choosing which ones will work for this build. Most designs used are organized into one of my collections or "likes".
