Ender-3 Pro PSU 80mm fan adapter

A 80mm fan adapter for Ender-3 Pro. - Utilize original metal case without any modification (only small modification on the plastic cover) - Assumes 80mm x 25mm 12V "silent" fan - Around 1cm height chamber, between the fan and the case, makes good air pressure - Please use 1.2mm or thinner fan grill - Two types or fan grills are prepared and you can also use other grill (such as https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802474) with small trick (describe later) Parts list: - 80mm x 25mm 12V dc fan - XH 2pin connector - M3 x 10mm countersunk screw ... 2pcs (other types will work) - M3 nut and M3 washer ... 2pcs for each - M4 x 30mm screw ... 4pcs Procedure: - Disconnect XT60 connector and remove AC code - Remove PSU unit from Ender-3 - Open PSU case and remove original fan - Cut the new fan cable with suitable length and attach XH connector - Install the fan bracket with M3x10 screws, washers and nuts - Fix the nuts with tape on rear side to prevent to drop the nuts accidentally - Fix the fan and fan grill with M4x30 screws. Please make sure tight them softly (or break the screw holes of the adapter easily) - Connect the fan connector to PSU PCB - Close PSU case - Make slot for the fan cable on the PSU plastic cover (half circle with R2.5 in my case) - Attach PSU cover and assemble the PSU unit to Ender-3. - Connect XH60 connector, AC code and check if the fan works Tip: You can also use the fan grills on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802474 with changing thickness 1.2mm with follow procedure. - Turn 180 degree (upside down) on slicer software (such as Cura) - move -2mm in Z. (The original grills are designed with 3.2mm thickness) - Slice the model, then you can get 1.2mm thickness grill
