Ender 3 Pro PSU silent cover ======= I noticed that the noisiest fan in my Ender 3 Pro was the PSU fan. After some testing, I found out that the stock 6015 fan is actually the most silent fan of the entire printer and the real problem was, actually, the PSU stock cover. That aluminum sheet enjoys quite a bit to get in the way of the airflow, having a fan guard that is pretty inefficient. I found this gorgeous honeycomb PSU cover and I adapted it to work with the stock fan. I use it without fan guard, but my design has the possibility of adding a custom fan guard. **Do not use the fan guard without changes as this will blow your fan and possibly overheat or burn your PSU**. **How to add the custom fan guard** ------ As you can see, there is a file named "Ender 3 Pro PSU cover_Fan Guard template.step". Just modify that template to your needs and place it between the fan and the cover. Please note that you only have to modify the big circle without touching the screw mounts, otherwise it won't fit in the predisposed holes.
