Ender 3 Pro Satsana Duct Mosquito Clone Hotend

<p>This is a Satsana remix to fit Mosquito Clone (Specifically Mellow NF Crazy) on Creality Ender 3 Pro.</p> <h3>How I Designed This</h3> <p><strong>Introduction</strong></p> <div><p>I created this thing based on Darky82's Satsana remix for mosquito clone, the Mellow NF Crazy. Darky82's remix is for Ender 3 V2 with BLTouch, and I remixed it to fit Ender 3 Pro without BLTouch. </p> I also add a fan cover as I find myself always accidentally touching the fan for no apparent reason. Currently Darky82's fan ducts sit a bit higher up the nozzle, I will fix that in the next iteration. However, no printing problems found so far, bridging is excellent despite the fan duct position. <p>Cable Cap is from the original, made by Erik Anastas. It is optional but I find it quite helpful to hold the fan cap in place.</p> <p><strong>Material</strong></p> <p>For materials I use the one in hand, Which is PLA. This is not quite ideal due to the high heat produced on the hotend. PETG or ABS is preferred.</p> <p>However, I am happy to report that PLA held up stronger than I expected. I have been printing and adjusting retraction setting on my mosquito clone and printing for almost a week with little rest inbetween and I see no visible warp or changes.</p> <p>One issue I find with Darky82's Satsana is for the mosquito clone in Ender 3 Pro, my heater core/thermistor cable bundle rests on the fan duct (due to the close proximity) and permanently gives impression on the duct.
