Ender 3 Pro X, Y, and Extruder Motor Damper

I made these dampers to try and reduce the noise of the motors on the newer versions of the ender 3 pros (2020). I originally bought dampers however it is a pain to install on these newer models. I designed a small damper to go in between the motor and existing connections using original hardware. Hope this can help some people having the same problem I am having. This is my first thing to upload to please feel free to leave any feedback and upvotes. It dropped my decibels by about 5dB. Use a soft material like TPU for these.
