My take on an X and Y axis belt tensioner. I looked around thingiverse and didnt really see anything I liked so I designed my own. These tensioners use the stock rollers and T-nuts, etc that come with the machine, but you will need the following additional hardware X TENSIONER -------------------- 1 - M4 x 25 CAP HEAD SCREW 1 - M4 NYLOC NUT 1 - M5 x 30 ROUND HEAD SCREW 1 - M5 "MELT IN" NUTSERT (If printing the nutsert knob) OR 1 - M5 HEX NUT (If printing the hexnut knob) Y TENSIONER -------------------- 1 - M4 x 25 CAP HEAD SCREW 1 - M4 NYLOC NUT 1 - M5 x 30 ROUND HEAD SCREW 1 - M5 "MELT IN" NUTSERT (If printing the nutsert knob) OR 1 - M5 HEX NUT (If printing the hexnut knob) NOTE: In case you are wondering the "RECT WASHER" is meant to be a tight fit on the M5 Screw, so the screw cuts a thread into the part, screw the part all the way to under the head of the screw (image shown).
